Urgent Mental and Emotional Health Support Line
Cheshire and Wirral Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) has launched a new 24 hour Mental Health Crisis helpline which can be accessed by all Wirral residents (of all ages including children and young people) who need urgent support.
If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse or deteriorates, this can be called a ‘mental health crisis’. In this situation, it is important to get help quickly.
Please call our Mental Health Crisis Line by calling NHS 111 and selecting option two (the mental health option). A dedicated team of staff will support you to access the help you need.
You should still call 999 or go to A&E if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance.
