Education Practice Insight Creator (EPIC) – Free digital tool for assessing practice in violence reduction

The Youth Endowment Fund are working with Merseyside Violence Reduction Partnership and partners in education to prevent and reduce serious violence in Merseyside.

Education leaders are committed to keeping children and young people stay safe from violence and the free digital tool is called Education Practice Insight Creator (EPIC) and it enables educational settings to periodically assess practice against evidence-informed guidance and receive immediate insights that highlight strengths and pinpoint areas for improvement.

EPIC is:

• A Free digital self-assessment tool that enables education leaders to understand how well their settings’ practice aligns with the evidence for what works.
• Takes on average less than 30 minutes to complete
• Provides a tailored downloadable insights report and gives the opportunity to compare with the national average
