Managing Allegations Virtual Course

Welcome to the Virtual Managing Allegations Training. The virtual training will give learners will have a greater understanding of:

  • Managing Allegations Guidance
  • How to deal with an allegation
  • The process after an allegation has been made
  • Safer working practices and safer recruitment

Senior leaders with responsibility for managing allegations need to have a clear understanding of local procedures of handling an allegation against an adult who works with or on behalf of children and young people.  They also need to understand the roles & responsibilities of key persons involved in the process, how to apply the criteria outlined in Working Together to safeguard children (2018); and understand how the process supports the development of a safer workforce.
