Case Chronologies – SCR Action
A recommendation from the Child H SCR for WSCB partners is:
Ensure all case chronologies list all significant events.
The desired outcome for the WSCB is for all agencies to demonstrate they are able to provide comprehensive chronologies including all significant involvement with children and their parents and carers. The SCR Committee has agreed an action for WSCB partner agencies to complete which will fulfill the recommendation:
- all agencies to audit a sample of cases to ensure significant event chronologies are available for each child open to them.
The SCR committee is requesting that agencies audit a random sample of 6 cases open to them and feed the results back through the surveymonkey online audit below by the 16th Feb 2018:
