Training Needs Analysis
As part of the WSCB and SAPB commitment to providing appropriate and quality training to staff we have created a brief Training Needs Analysis (TNA). This will allow partners to identify their staffs likely training needs for the coming year, and allow the Boards to provide adequate training to meet those needs.
We would ask managers to complete the TNA for their individual teams using the Training Competency Framework as a guide to assist identifying the level of training required.
Can all partners please ensure this is completed by April 14th 2017 for review.
