Working Together to Safeguard Children
The Working Together course provides an overview of agencies roles and responsibilities and exploration of different case studies across the continuum of need. The course explores key elements of multi-agency working at different levels to help professionals from across the children’s workforce understand each other and the roles we all play to ensure we work together effectively to safeguard children and young people.
- To increase understanding of the current context of Working Together to Safeguard Children
- To develop awareness of roles and responsibilities of the different agencies and understand that each share a common goal
- To increase knowledge and understanding of statutory legislation, policy, procedure and the sharing of information
- Understand the importance of recording information, how to refer and the processes that then follow.
This event is a multi-agency event so we would respectfully ask that organisations do not book more than 3 members of their teams on one event.
