Restorative Justice Training (Introduction to RJ Practices)
This training event is being advertised on behalf of the Local Authority Youth Offending Service. The aims and objectives of the training are:
Aims – to provide participants with foundation skills, knowledge and awareness of Restorative Practice applications.
Objectives – all participants to gain:
- A working knowledge of ‘Restorative Justice’ Principles and Practices
- Both a practical and theoretical grasp of such practices and in particular an overview of the ‘Conferencing’ process.
- An insight into the possible applications of Restorative Practices both formally and informally
- Experience through role-plays the practical application of the above
CYPD Staff & Partner agencies, including Schools, Housing Associations, ESW service, Police plus any service who deal with incidents of crime, bullying or conflict resolution.
